New Patients

We are always excited to meet new patients and it our goal to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We place a high priority on listening to our patients’ wants and needs, and work hard to provide you with helpful education about your treatment options. We offer each of our patients the same kind of attentive, considerate care that we would want for our own family members. And we treat the whole patient, reviewing your full medical history when necessary to see how your illnesses, medications and overall health may be having an impact on your dental health. By working together, we are able to create a customized plan that meets your specific dental needs.

Our practice has been in business since 1950, when Dr. Richard E. Saulnier founded it immediately after graduating dental school. Many of the doctors, dental hygienists and other staff members worked with Dr. Saulnier and remember him fondly as they continue his tradition of offering excellent dental care to patients in the Lexington area. Our longtime patients are also proof of our dedication to quality dental care with a personal touch – we have many patients who came to us as children, and now bring their own kids and grandkids!

But our lengthy history doesn’t mean we haven’t kept up with the times. Equipped with the most advanced dental technology and our combined years of experience, we’re able to produce consistently outstanding results and enhance the natural beauty of your smile.

When you come in for your initial visit, please be sure to bring your dental insurance card and arrive early to fill out your initial paperwork if you have not already done so. If you are moving into the area, please ask your former dentist to send a copy of your records. If you are on any medications, please bring a list of them with you to the office. If you need antibiotics prior to dental work, please take them as prescribed. If you are not sure if you need antibiotics, please contact your doctor prior to your visit.

Your smile is an important part of who you are. It affects your confidence, the way others perceive you, and sometimes even your physical health and quality of life. At Lexington Dental Associates, our focus is not only on keeping you healthy with the most advanced dental care, but also on giving you something to smile about.
