Brittany, Director of Operations

Brittany is completing her degree in Healthcare Management at Northeastern University. She has a background in healthcare, particularly concierge medicine, with a medical assistant certification. Her enthusiasm for improving patient experience drove her career focus away from the clinical setting and towards administration and operational management. Brittany recently joined LDA to enhance our personal touch while also overseeing systems to uphold our patient’s health and satisfaction.

Brittany resides in Belmont with her partner and daughter. Her favorite things in life are spending time with her spunky toddler, outdoor recreational activities, and a good cup of coffee!
